When we put down chemicals we are not necessarily addiction free. Gambling, food, sex, work, shopping, relationships, or nicotine can erode our lifelong recovery with the same hiding, sneaking, shame, denial, self - loathing, and preoccupation behaviours. In this retreat experience on cross-addiction, we will look at the formation of addictive behaviours and how to incorporate the solution found in the spirituality of the twelve steps into our lives.

Brad is an alcohol/addictions counsellor in Saskatoon and has been a facilitator of 12 step retreats over the past 25 years.
