How do new life and new spirit appear in our lives? How do we grow, change, suffer losses and still remain resilient? How do we name our deaths, claim our births, grieve what’s lost, let our losses bless us, and then receive new spirit for our lives? How do we learn to live peacefully inside of our own skins? Our faith offers us two rich secrets: the paschal mystery and a spirituality of grieving. This retreat will examine these.
