2025 registration Star Pilgrims of Hope Camino
Join us to walk a Jubilee spiritual pilgrimage of hope in support of the Star’s ministries of adult spiritual formation and renewal. Make a prayerful pilgrimage to the Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto in St. Albert, next to The Star of the North, and returns us to the Grotto on one of three choice routes: a 1km, 2.5km or 5km walk. Your pilgrimage will include several brief stops to pray for our walk with indigenous peoples of Canada on this special day.
- 8:30am Check In and package pick up
- 9:00am Opening Prayer Ritual at Grotto
- 9:15am Start the Pilgrimage of Hope walk
- 11:00am Estimated Finish and Gathering at The Star Gazebo
- 11:15am Brunch and Closing Reflection
This year, your pilgrim support and the sponsors who support your walk, will give hope:
- to Inner City Men and Women participating in weekend Wellness Retreats. You and your sponsors can help us raise $17,600.
- to sponsor subsidies for participants of various Star programs $10,000
- to sponsor needed chair and desk replacements in our bedrooms for Star guests approx. $5400
