There is no question that we live in challenging times. Change is rapid, and ushers much uncertainty. Add to that the personal life transitions we all experience. How do we navigate and even honour times of transition? This retreat will explore the “what now?” we experience during times of transition. It will offer a variety of spiritual and psychological tools for navigating times of change and transition with calm and grace. It will invite us to consider how honoring times of transitions can lead to personal and social transformation.
